— for lapags and group orders
1.) Please be 100% sure before claiming. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once order confirmation is sent — a 100 php penalty fee will be imposed and you will be posted as bogus buyer.
2.) For late payments, there will be a charge of 20php/day. If after 3 days and still unpaid, your order will be resold and you will be posted as a bogus buyer.
3.) All payments including downpayments are non-refundable (unless items are out of stock).
4.) I will not be liable for any damage or loss incurred during shipment. Rest assured that your item/s will be packed securely.
5.) For complaints (e.g. missing/damaged item), uncut unboxing video will be required.
6.) Please do not order if not patient enough. Most of the items sold are under pre-order unless otherwise stated. There might be changes to eta anytime due to unforseen circumstances.
7.) Once the items arrived at my ph add, you can only store/keep them in my place for 30 days. If it is still unclaimed after 30 days, your item will be disposed/resold and you will not be entitled for a refund.
8.) Arrived items are usually shipped 2-3 days after. However, if the group order is quite huge, sorting, packing, and shipping usually lasts for a week.
9.) All updates will be posted on my twitter update account (@hcsole_services).
10.) Bogus buyers will be blacklisted.— for onhand items
1.) Item conditions are stated in the selling twt. Specifically for photocards, please do not claim if sensitive.
2.) Onhand items must be paid within 24HRS (unless different dop is stated in the selling twt).
